Surge Unlimited was founded by Billy Freeman in 2016. Billy was born in Falmouth, Massachusetts and moved to Ashford when he started kindergarten. As a self taught cinematographer he creates stories with photos and videos for his client’s digital platforms.
Billy’s goal has always been to provide exemplary service. His drive to deliver high-quality products was strongly shaped by his early experiences in Connecticut.
Throughout the time he has spent freelancing as a director of photography and camera operator he has worked with and shot for many big names such as the 2022 Winter Olympics, USA Today, NBC Sports, Investigation Discovery, Bloomberg, Discovery, Food Network, and the Cooking Channel.
